Application Process
Grant Portal: Log on to the grant portal. Do not create a new account for your organization.
Access Codes: You received an email with your access code and your organization’s application deadline. Applications are available to access eight weeks before the grant deadline. Please contact us at info@avhuntertrust.org if you misplaced your access code.
Deadlines: The grant application and grant report are one document. Please complete all required fields and submit your assigned application by the deadline. The grant application and report are due on the next business day if the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday.
Major Contributors Document: Please upload this template with your application to provide information on your organization’s Major Contributors for the last two years. Make sure to include any grants from the A. V. Hunter Trust.
